On June 24, 2015, CGE Healthcare participated in the 15th CPhI China (Convention on Pharmaceutical Ingredients China) held in Shanghai, along with its subsidiaries Sichuan Yuanda Shuyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Baoding Jiufu Biochemical Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Grand Xinyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The event provided a good opportunity for CGE Healthcare to show its overall strengths, share ideas and promote the industry advances.

CGE Healthcare made a grand show of exciting key products

CGE made a grand show in the CPHI in Shanghai. In addition to getting insights into market trends and exploring business opportunities, the show brought exposure to CGE Healthcare’s numerous key product offerings, and fostered the foundation of the innovative healthcare brand CGE is building.

Shuyang Pharmaceutical., one of the first state-designed manufacturer of blood products, and now one of the largest manufacturers and the state’s important manufacturing base of blood products, exhibited its main products including human serum albumin, intravenous human immunoglobulin, human immunoglobulin and HBV human immunoglobulin. Baoding Jiufu Biochemical Co., Ltd., the company that engages in R&D of biocatalysis to replace traditional chemical synthesis, in applying sterol to replace saponin in high-end steroidal compounds production, and now the largest supplier of key intermediates for steroid drugs in China, brought to the expo key products including androstenedione and its derivatives, diethylaminoethanethiol and other intermediates. Some other member companies exhibited include: Zhejiang Xianju Xianle Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., one of the major steroid API manufacturers in China, and a national high-tech enterprise, has nearly 30 products that include betamethasone series, dexamethasone series, cyproterone acetate series, prednisone series including prednisone acetate, prednisolone acetate, hydrocortisone acetate and prednisolone, and progestins series including progesterone, megestrol acetate and medroxyprogesterone acetate, and various intermediates; Wuhan Wuyao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of APIs and intermediates such as metamizole, metronidazole, enoxacin and pirenoxine sodium. Among its products, tirofiban hydrochloride and enoxacin are type II new drugs. Wuyao is the nation’s sole producer of pirenoxine sodium, noradrenalin and adrenaline; Jiangsu Grand Xinyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. exhibited steroidal compounds such as progesterone, estrogen and steroid intermediates, and also attracted many domestic and overseas customers’ visits and inquiries.

Strong overall strength attracts customers from home and abroad 

CGE Healthcare has been growing rapidly in recent years, with four matured core industrial platforms already matured, i.e. fermentation, synthetic chemistry, modern Chinese medicine and biopharmaceuticals. The company exhibited its overall strength under the brand of CGE Healthcare. The company booths attracted many visitors and inquiries. Visitors, especially those from abroad, showed keen interest on what CGE Healthcare could offer.

Our exhibition at CPhI Shanghai enabled industrial insiders to gain better understanding of CGE Healthcare’s overall capabilities and main products. It helped brand building of CGE Healthcare.
