On May 15, 2015, the first meeting of The Health Industry Summit (tHIS) with the theme “Integration•Healthcare Industry New Momentum” was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. CGE Healthcare and its member companies, i.e. Lei Yunshang Pharmaceutical Group, Changshu Lei Yunshang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Guangdong Lei Yunshang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., GrandPharma (China) Co. Ltd., Shenyang Lei Yunshang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. and Xi’an Deten Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., etc., attended the event.

As a host member of CGE Healthcare for tTHIS, Lei Yunshang Pharmaceutical Group exhibited selected TCM products that included: Liu Shen Wan, one of its four state-classified formulas and honored as “treasure of Chinese medicines”; Jian Yan Ling capsule formulated by Shi Jinmo, a modern Chinese medicine mater, for kidney health; Tian Fo Shen oral liquid, an anti-cancer Chinese herbal medicine and one of the important products resulted from the National Development and Reform Commission’s special Hi-Tech commercialization projects.

TCM products exhibited by Changshu Lei Yunshang Pharma included: proprietary truly sugar-free oral solution Tiepi shihu shenqi; Tiepi Shihu Shenge tablet, formulated based on Sun Simiao’s Kidney care liquid formula described in “Wings of the Thousand Gold Pieces Formulary”; Gan Le Yin and herb based throat lozenges. Other CGE Healthcare subsidiaries’ exhibition included: Shenyang Lei Yunshang Pharma exhibited its key product Brucea javanica oil emulsion for injections; Xi’an Deten Pharmaceutical exhibited its main products Urapidil sustained-release capsules, Roxithromycin sustained release capsules and Fat-soluble vitamin injections (II). These CGE Healthcare product exhibitions attracted vast interests of the attendees. 

Guangdong Lei Yunshang Pharma exhibited Bufeihuoxue Capsules for pulmonary heart disease recurrence prevention, and for general lung and heart care. Also at exhibition was dextran and amino acid injection, a unique multi-purpose compound for plasma substitution as well as for providing parenteral nutrition.

GrandPharma (China) exhibited an especially attractive product, Shubang Drinking Mate, also named as “High-end Drinking Mate”, that can provide protection for chemical (alcohol)-induced liver damage. The company also exhibited Ruizhu Eye Drops, the first preservative-free eye drops in China.

The first meeting of The Health Industry Summit 2015 (tHIS 2015) combined CMEF, PharmChina and API China exhibitions in one place and at the same time. A total of 6,800 exhibitors from around the world exhibited tens of thousands of high quality and cost-efficient medical devices, pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements, APIs and other healthcare-related products and services in the event. tHIS 2015 was also the first comprehensive exhibition of the whole industrial chain of China Healthcare industry.
