Ji'nan Grand Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Grand Real Estate Group, obtained 253 mu (16.9 ha.) of high-quality commercial land in the West Railway Station area of Ji’nan City at a total price of 1.48 billion yuan on December 7, 2018. After the completion of the project, it will be the first commercial complex in the new western area of Ji’nan, improving the commercial facilities of the area and leading the new direction of the development of commercial complexes in the City of Springs.

The land plot acquired by Ji’nan Grand Real Estate of China Grand Real Estate Group is located at the core of the West Railway Station area in Ji’nan City. It is situated in the middle of the central axis of the West Railway Station area, bordering on Rizhao Road to the south, Weihai Road to the north, Weifang Road to the west, and Binzhou Road to the east. The plot consists of three divisions, with a total land area of 169,000 square meters. At a straight line distance of three kilometers away from the high-speed railway station of Ji’nan West, the project is connected to the metro lines of M1 and R2, adjacent to Ji’nan City’s library, art museum, public art gallery, provincial capital grand theater, and close to the International Convention and Exhibition Center and many international famous brands such as IKEA. Including 250,000 square meters of high-quality commercial and hotel-owned holdings, the project has a total construction floorage of over 1 million square meters and a total sales value of over 10 billion yuan.

The location of the project
